Contro Roma

In 1975, some of Italy's most important writers – both Roman and otherwise – wrote about Rome's many flaws in an extraordinarily incisive book called Against Rome. Some of those essays have recently been reissued together with the views of some contemporary authors—among them, Teresa Ciabatti, Nicola Lagioia and Valerio Magrelli.
