Schittering, a Dutch translation of Margaret Mazzantini's Splendore, is released in the Netherlands. The novel was translated by Miriam Bunnik & Mara Schepers and is published by Wereldbibliotheek, Margaret Mazzantini's publisher in the Netherlands. The novel was magnificently received, with three editions in less than a month, and was voted one of the five best books of the month in the popular program DWDD (De Wereld Draait Door), broadcast on NPO 1.
