Un giorno sull'isola is a four-handed literary adventure, the encounter between a mother - Concita De Gregorio - and her son. Together, the two decide to sit at the same table to rediscover a story lost, but still alive in Lorenzo's heart. "We searched a lot for those papers afterwards. And although it remains a mystery where they ended up, memory was my ally, we found Cat and Crow, we followed them. After almost eleven years, the door we had entered, with Grandpa, and the key that lines up the words, generates the stories, reappeared to me. I wrote them together with my mother, Grandfather's daughter. This is a journey, it is a greeting, it is a remembrance."
