Sebastiano Mondadori

Sebastiano Mondadori was born in Milan in 1970 and has lived in Tuscany for many years. 
He graduated in philosophy from the University of Pavia. In 2006 he founded the Barnabooth School of Creative Writing in Lucca, which he directed until 2021, editing four anthologies of short stories. He has taught Travel Narration at the Science of Tourism (Lucca Campus/University of Pisa). He has collaborated with 'Nuovi Argomenti' and 'l'Unità'. He has been a publishing consultant for many years.

Scorribande letterarie (ZonaFranca 2009); the autobiographical essay with Salvatore Veca Prove di autoritratto (Mimesis 2020); the poetry collection I decaloghi spezzati (Stampa2009, 2021); the memoir Verità di famiglia. Rewriting the story of Alberto Mondadori (La Nave di Teseo 2022 - Elba-Brignetti Prize for non-fiction, Premio Antonio Semeria del Casinò di Sanremo).
