Marco Raio was born in Naples in 1989. He graduated in philosophy from the Federico II University and studied screenwriting at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome. He is a freelance editor for a number of publishing houses and works at the Ubik Bookstore in Naples.
He has published short essays on twentieth-century French thought and the short story Sciame di case al buio in the literary magazine Fritz. His last book is La stagione (2024).
